• Remote Desktop Assistance

  Our experts are available to provide remote assistance in certain circumstances. This means that a technician can guide you over the phone or take control of your computer to resolve your issue swiftly and efficiently.

  Pricing: $88.00 inc GST per 30 mins

• Onsite Technical Assistance

  When the issue requires hands-on support, our experts can provide onsite technical assistance. A technician can visit your location within the Sydney Metro area to diagnose and resolve your issue promptly. For locations outside Sydney, please contact us for a personalised quote.

  Initial Call Out: $220 (inclusive of GST), which includes the first hour for fault finding and fixing.
  
  Additional Hours: $110 (inclusive of GST) per hour. Customers will be provided with quotes for any additional parts or labor required beyond the initial call out.
